I just checked on Tropical Tidbits, and it looks like what you're seeing is indeed invest 99B developing into a Tropical Cyclone in the Bay of Bengal. According to the 18z GFS run, it could potentially make landfall with a pressure of 962mb about 66 hours out on May 26th. The ECMWF shows a weaker storm develop, and make landfall with a pressure of about 987mb on May 26th.

Wow. What a nightmare scenario-- having to evacuate people in the middle of a pandemic is just about the worst thing you want to do during this time.

Mother Nature has not held back in the slightest in 2020. In just five months since the end of 2019 we've experienced:

1. Extreme heat/drought and wildfires in Australia. 
2. The coronavirus pandemic.
3. Locust plagues across East Africa and the Middle East, straining food supplies.
4. Even more drought and wildfires across the US, the Amazon Rainforest, and Siberia (the US is about to enter a 1200 year old megadrought period).
5. Random snowstorms due to the collapse of the polar vortex.

Now we have a category 5 hurricane headed towards India and Bangladesh, worsening locust plagues and droughts, and the potential for a glacier in Alaska to collapse and cause a tsunami as soon as this year (especially with the heatwaves). The summer and fall will likely bring about early and powerful hurricanes as well, which might cause the economy to tank even further after the coronavirus. 

It's only a matter of time before the methane clathrates begin to leak, and we get our first BOE...

Y’all can’t not notice that these equatorial geographical locations that are in known cyclonic storm system paths, look like they have had standing cyclonic storms that have lasted for years in them…..

Cyclone has its own dynamic 
It does landfall in srilanka Literally south tamilnadu and south Andhra Pradesh gets big impact of cyclone..yearly 3 or 4 cyclones
If cyclone starts far away it goes to odisa Bengal and many times to Bangaladesh .
This is natural process every year 
East coast of tamilnadu south Andhra Pradesh gets monsoon rainfall by depression on bay of bengal 
Where as gulf of mannar does not get that much rain as sea is shallow.
